| Applications | ||
| DID Solutions offers applications, which can be used for free or against payment. Some of these applications, including DTMS, only work by using username and activation code. These data can be obtained via the website or via the application itself. During the activation of the application, the unique device ID and IP address are stored with DID Solutions. This data is used to track that the account is used on only one device, according to the license terms. When you look up an address or sort a list of addresses in the application, it only stores that activity has taken place. In this way we can prevent our services from being misused. We only record what happens, not what the user enters. Address and location data are not stored. | ||
| Adresses | ||
| To look up an address or sort a list of addresses, the services of PUBNUB are used. The address data entered by you is passed on so that it can be converted into a map location. To sort a list of addresses, the location of the device is requested and passed on, because it is necessary for determining the optimal route. Both DID Solutions and PUBNUB do not store this data and are therefore only used for the function that is currently being called. DTMS offers the possibility to scan an image and convert it to a file. This requires use of the camera and temporary storage on the device. Immediately after sending an image to our servers, the image is deleted from memory. Entered data is only stored on the server itself. The user cannot consult this list. Deleting the app will also delete all data stored on the app’s device. If the user later decides to download and install the app again, it will first have to be reactivated. DID Solutions does not store information from contacts, apps or phone numbers on the device. Before installing the app or using a specific part (varies per platform), you will be presented with the permissions required by the application as confirmation. | ||

| Applicaties | ||
| DID Solutions biedt applicaties aan, welke gratis of tegen betaling gebruikt kunnen worden. Een aantal van deze applicaties, waaronder DTMS, werken alleen door gebruik te maken van gebruikersnaam en activatiecode. Deze gegevens kunnen verkregen worden via de website of via de applicatie zelf. Tijdens het activeren van de applicatie, wordt het unieke apparaat ID en het IP-adres opgeslagen bij DID Solutions. Met deze gegevens kan worden bijgehouden dat het account op slechts één apparaat wordt gebruikt, conform de licentievoorwaarden. Als u in de applicatie een adres opzoekt of een lijst met adressen sorteert, wordt er alleen opgeslagen dat er activiteit heeft plaatsgevonden. Op deze manier kunnen wij voorkomen dat onze services worden misbruikt. Wij slaan alleen op dat er iets gebeurt, niet wat de gebruiker invoert. Adres- en locatiegegevens worden niet opgeslagen. | ||
| Adressen | ||
| Voor het opzoeken van een adres of het sorteren van een lijst met adressen, wordt gebruik gemaakt van de services van PUBNUB. Hierbij worden de door u ingevoerde adresgegevens doorgegeven, zodat deze kunnen worden omgezet in een kaartlocatie. Voor het sorteren van een lijst van adressen, wordt de locatie van het device opgevraagd en doorgegeven, omdat deze nodig is voor het bepalen van de optimale route. Zowel DID Solutions als PUBNUB slaan deze gegevens niet op en worden dus enkel gebruikt voor de functie die op dat moment wordt aangeroepen. DTMS biedt de mogelijkheid om een afbeelding te scannen en dit om te zetten naar een bestand. Hiervoor is gebruik van de camera en tijdelijke opslag op het apparaat noodzakelijk. Direct na het verzenden van een afbeelding naar onze servers, wordt de afbeelding uit het geheugen gewist. Ingevoerde data worden alleen opgeslagen op de server zelf. De gebruiker kan deze lijst niet raadplegen. Het verwijderen van de app zal ook alle opgeslagen data op het apparaat van de app verwijderen. Indien de gebruiker later weer besluit de app te downloaden en te installeren, zal deze eerst weer geactiveerd moeten worden. DID Solutions slaat geen informatie op van contacten, apps of telefoonnummers op het device. Vóór het installeren van de app, of gebruik van een specifiek onderdeel (verschilt per platform), krijgt u ter bevestiging de rechten die de applicatie nodig heeft, aangeboden. |

| Gebruik van persoonsgegevens door derden | ||
| DID Solutions laat het gebruik van persoonsgegevens door derden (voor commerciële, charitatieve of ideële doeleinden) niet toe. DID Solutions neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Als u de indruk heeft dat uw gegevens niet goed beveiligd zijn of er aanwijzingen zijn van misbruik, neem dan contact op via privacy@didsolutions.be. | ||
| Hoe lang worden persoonsgegevens bewaard | ||
| DID Solutions bewaart persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens, indien bekend: e-mailadres, voor- en achternaam, adresgegevens en bedrijfsgegevens. Deze worden bewaard totdat de persoon zich heeft uitgeschreven voor de nieuwsbrieven waar diegene voor in stond geschreven. | ||
| Wijzigingen | ||
